Nura's Trust Centre is the current, honest record of the company's security and data-handling posture: which controls are live today, which are planned, and which details are available only during a customer security review. Nura is an early-access product, and this page is written to say so plainly rather than imply more maturity than the product currently has. Capability status
Stated plainly, not implied.
Workspace admins control which sources are connected and can revoke any of them at any time.
Access tokens used to connect sources are encrypted at rest.
Workspace data is isolated between customer workspaces.
Admins can revoke a connector and request deletion of the data associated with it.
A SOC 2 or equivalent certification is on the roadmap and not yet complete.
Full exportable audit trails are planned. Today, every answer already carries its own source, date, and reasoning.
A published subprocessor list is being finalized ahead of general availability.
