Terms of Service

1. The Service

Nura may connect to supported organizational tools, including Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion and GitHub, and may add other connectors over time. Connector availability may vary by product stage, plan and workspace configuration. Nura processes approved source content to provide company-memory retrieval, summaries and provenance features to authorized users and compatible AI agents, including through MCP where available.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms and to connect the third-party accounts and data sources you configure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

3. Customer Data

"Customer Data" means the content from your connected sources, such as Slack messages, documents, emails, tickets, transcripts and related metadata, that Nura ingests. As between you and Nura:

You retain all rights to Customer Data.

You grant Nura a license to process, index and analyze Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for your organization.

You represent that you have the rights and consents necessary to connect these sources and permit Nura to process the data within them, including data belonging to or generated by your employees and contractors.

Nura will not use Customer Data to train models shared across other customers, and will not disclose Customer Data to other customers.

4. AI-Generated Output

Nura's answers, summaries and provenance attributions are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect or misattributed. Nura is a tool for finding and interpreting information. It is not a substitute for verifying materially important legal, financial, safety or compliance decisions against the underlying source.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; connect data sources you are not authorized to connect; attempt to breach or reverse-engineer the Service; use the Service to build a competing product; or use it in a way that infringes others' privacy or IP rights.

6. Fees

During public early access, Nura is provided without charge unless a separate written order form states otherwise. Prices displayed on the website are previews of planned paid tiers and may change before launch. Nura will not charge a Customer without first presenting the applicable price, billing frequency, usage limits, renewal terms and cancellation terms and obtaining the Customer's authorization. Once paid plans launch, fees will be governed by these Terms, the applicable checkout or order form, and the Refund Policy.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach not cured within 15 days of notice. On termination, your access ends and we will handle Customer Data per our Privacy Policy.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service using reasonable care, and use it only to perform under these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Nura owns the Service, including its software, models and underlying technology. Nothing here transfers ownership of Nura's IP to you, and nothing transfers ownership of Customer Data to Nura.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANSWERS OR PROVENANCE INFORMATION ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/DATA, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID NURA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU ARE ON A FREE PLAN.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify Nura against claims arising from your Customer Data, your breach of these Terms, or your unauthorized connection of third-party sources.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
