The cost of forgetting

When decisions disappear, work slows down.

Most company knowledge is not neatly documented. It lives in approvals, exceptions, handoffs, customer notes, meetings, Slack threads, and old decisions no one remembers clearly.

Knowledge leaves with people

Every resignation creates a context gap. Decisions, edge cases, and customer history often leave with the person who held them.

AI agents hit walls

Agents cannot act reliably when company-specific context is missing, stale, or conflicting.

Onboarding takes too long

New hires ask people for answers that should already be available.

Decisions get repeated

Teams relitigate the same choices because no one can find what was decided last time.

How it works

Connect. Resolve. Recall.

01Connect

Connect approved sources

Nura securely connects to the tools your company already uses, while respecting existing permissions and access controls.

02Capture

Capture decisions and context

Nura identifies decisions, approvals, policies, exceptions, ownership, and the context surrounding them.

03Resolve

Resolve conflicting information

When sources disagree, Nura evaluates recency, authority, source type, and decision ownership to identify the best-supported decision. If the evidence remains insufficient or equally authoritative, Nura should preserve the conflict for human review.

04Recall

Answer with provenance

Every answer includes the source, reasoning, date, and person or team behind the decision.

05Update

Keep company memory current

As new decisions are made, Nura updates company memory so outdated information does not become the default.

What teams say once decisions stop disappearing.

“Nura gives our team a much clearer way to manage knowledge across projects, people, and delivery. Instead of asking the same questions again or digging through old conversations, we can quickly find the source, the decision, and the reasoning behind it. It has made our internal execution more structured and reliable.”

“With Nura, we finally stopped losing important decisions inside chats, calls, and scattered notes. For a creative studio like Fulfilms, context matters a lot. Nura helps us bring back the thinking behind a project, not just the final file. It feels like having our studio memory organized and ready whenever we need it.”

FAQs

Questions companies
ask first.

Clear answers about how Nura works, what it connects to, and how company knowledge stays secure and traceable.

01What is Nura?

Nura is an AI company memory layer for teams. It connects to approved workplace sources and helps people recover decisions, context and operating knowledge with the source, reasoning, timing and decision owner attached.

02How is Nura different from enterprise search?

Enterprise search is designed for broad information discovery across connected systems. Nura is designed around a narrower workflow: recovering a decision, preserving its provenance, surfacing conflicting records and showing whether the decision is still current.

03What tools does Nura connect with?

Nura's early-access connector set includes Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion and GitHub. Jira, Linear, Confluence, Zoom and HubSpot are planned.

04Does Nura replace Notion or Google Drive?

No. Nura works alongside the tools where teams create and store information. It processes approved sources to help people understand the decision, context and current status behind that information.

05How does Nura know which decision is current?

Nura evaluates available signals such as recency, source type, decision owner and conflicting records. It shows the supporting sources and reasoning so the user can verify the answer. Nura can still be wrong, so materially important decisions should be checked against the original source.

06Does Nura show sources?

Nura answers are designed to remain traceable to approved source material, including relevant timing and ownership information. If the available evidence is incomplete or conflicting, Nura should show that uncertainty rather than present an unsupported conclusion as certain.

07Can Nura be used by AI agents?

Yes. Nura can provide approved, source-backed company context to compatible AI agents through its MCP layer. Agent access is designed to follow the same workspace and permission boundaries as human access.

08Is Nura secure?

Nura is designed around administrator-controlled connectors, encrypted connector credentials, tenant isolation and permission-aware retrieval. Nura is currently in early access; the Security page distinguishes current controls from planned certifications and documentation.

09Does Nura train models on customer data?

Nura does not use Customer Data to train models shared across Nura customers. Customer Data is processed to provide Nura to the relevant workspace, subject to the Privacy Policy, Terms and any applicable customer agreement.

10What is Nura built for?

Nura is built for teams whose knowledge lives in conversations, approvals, exceptions, and operating decisions rather than tidy documentation. Sales, engineering, operations, founders, new hires, and AI agents can all use the same source-backed company memory.
